Returns and exchanges 

We appreciate your business and are sorry that your new YES Prep merchandise will not work for you. We have a client friendly return policy that will allow for a trouble-free exchange or return. Returns must be made with a completed form and made within 60 days from the order date. Please note special order items and merchandise are never accepted for exchanges or returns. Return shipping charges will apply to any unapproved returns or exchanges. Charges will be billed to credit card when request is processed. A 5% restocking fee may apply.

Merchandise MUST be in new, unwashed, and unworn resalable condition.

Help us rapidly process your request, complete the Return/Exchange form (links to English and Spanish versions below), and return it with the merchandise.

Tejas offers a product quality guarantee to the original purchaser. Defective items may be returned at any time for a replacement or merchandise credit.
